AS A door specialist, most of the focus in your role will be on but not limited to:
• Remove and install doors.
• Measure doors and rough openings.
• Ensure that company tools and vehicle are kept in good working order.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and alert to any unsafe working conditions.
• Complete door removals and installations in a timely manner.
• Effectively collaborate with co-workers to achieve desired results.
• Load and unload materials from truck onto work site.
• Install hardware on door and door frames.
• Responsible for cleanup inside and outside of each job location.
door specialists carefully remove old doors and hardware from the home and replace them with new architectural products according to company standards and guidelines. some carpentry skills will be preferrd for pre-hung doors and slabs. specialists will pick up pre-sold product from warehouse and transport to customers’ homes for installation. specialists will complete installation of all new product, collect old product and debris for disposal back at the warehouse, and collect a completion certificate and final payment from the customer.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a dependable person to join our team as a door specialist with strong work ethics. You will take measurements and help install or replace doors and hardware in both residential and commercial buildings.
The specialist should have:
Valid driver's license.
Familiarity with power tools.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
own personal hand tools.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
